Went to drop my car off for oil change, confused whether to go in or sit in line outside, went inside where 3 employees were behind regoster, I was instructed to get w the girl outside, she said she wouldn't be able to take my information until she finished w the 3 cars in front of me.. weird why no one was helping her. Would not recommend.
3/30/17 6:15 pm called 15 min ago to say I was on way. Get there lady says its first come first serve & an hour wait now. 3 employees plus an extra cashier standing doing nothing. I have been standing waiting at least 10 min just to give them my car info..... i think I will just leave...... Walmart,,, the lady taking peoples jnformation needs a setious customer service training & aling with all of your people out there.
They got me in and out on a Saturday and fixed my tire! 5 stars!
