When you are missing items and notify them, they'll tell you it will be out in a moment and then wait for you to go away. We had to sit for 30 minutes before I called the manager, who accused me of lying, came out rude and insulting, and then stormed off as the employee tried to explain what happened. Came back, threw a receipt in my husband's face telling him it showed a refund and stormed off. Worst experience ever.
They were pretty busy when we got here but good service was good and the food was amazing!
I love sonic food but it seems everytime I go and get wings and chili cheese tots they never give me a fork. It's really hard to eat without one
